Hotel Rules and Policies

Booking and Payment:

• A booking is confirmed only after an advance payment is made.
• The total bill must be paid upon arrival.
• The duration of stay cannot be deducted from the invoice amount during the seasonal period.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time is 14:00 - 19:00.
• Check-out time is 8:00 - 12:00.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• If a booking is confirmed after an advance payment is made, the total bill must be paid upon arrival. The duration of stay cannot be deducted from the invoice amount during the seasonal period.

Damage to Property:

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.
• Damages will be assessed and charged on the final bill.

Conduct:

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner.
• Any behavior that is disruptive or harmful to other guests or staff will not be tolerated.

Smoking Policy:

• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
• Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

Personal Belongings:

• The hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
• Guests are advised to use the in-room safe or the hotel's safe deposit box for valuables.

Noise:

• Please keep noise to a minimum to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Use of Facilities:

• Guests are welcome to use all hotel facilities during their stay.
• Please follow any posted rules and guidelines for specific facilities, such as the pool or fitness center.

Outside Food and Beverages:

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be consumed on the resort premises.

Buffet Food:

• Buffet foods are not allowed to be taken to the guest rooms.
